We currently have the condo rented at $1,200/month and
have a 1 year lease ending on May 1st, 2008
The renter never had one late payment and never calls us
for anything. If you want a renter, this renter is a gem.
I am pretty sure he will renew for another year.
The renter knows that if the new owner doesn't want a renter
that he will have to move. It's all outlined in his lease.
If you want to keep the tenant, then you have a very small
mortgage payment to make since the tenant will pay most of
